How to clean eartips. To clean the ear tips of IEMs youll need some hydrogen peroxide a small container and some water in a separate container. This is a quick way to clean your ear-tips for if you bought used earbuds or you just want to clean you old ones. Any Lysol type wipe will be a good and an easy way to clean.
Using a sanitation wipe can do the trick. After soaking use a cotton swab dipped in the soap mixture to give them a better cleaning. I clean my ears in the shower the outside part and let the water from the shower wash some of the soapy water into the ear canal then about once a week I put hydrogen peroxide in each ear for a couple of minutes and then flush it out with warm water.
Use a simple IEM cleaning tool to remove some of the outer wax from the holes. How often are you supposed to replace them and how do you keep them clean for as long as possible. To clean your earplugs in the washer place them inside a washing bag for delicates before putting them in the machine.

Mix a solution of one part dishwashing liquid and five parts lukewarm water in a small bowl. If you have silicone tips foam tips or covers on the earbuds pop them off. Dry the eartips with a soft cloth.
Just use a Q-tip to clean it but i dont have them so i just use my finger lol. To clean Comply tips gently wipe them with a clean damp cloth. Completely dry before reattaching.
